The Garden Workout

Pull hose hand over hand 200 feet. Repeat 5 times.

Tire carry, one in each hand 200 feet.
Repeat twice

Dead lift 50 pound bags of dirt, 3 bags, 3 times each

Fireman carry 50 pound bags of dirt 250 feet.
Repeat 3 times

Bucket carry, 25 pounds, 250 feet.
Repeat 4 times.

Do workout in 30 degrees Celsius plus humidity.

Enjoy the fruits of that labour…as often as possible!
